About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Ads Specialist to manage our social media presence and execute high-performing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, stay updated with social media trends, and have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Write compelling captions and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
Paid Advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Set up and monitor campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
