*Role Overview*
We are looking for a creative and energetic *Digital Marketing Executive* who will be the *Brand developer* for our organization. This person will own our brand voice online and bring new ideas to life.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Video Content*: Record out-of-the-box clipping videos, short reels, and client testimonial videos
2. *Editing*: Edit videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp
3. *Social Media Management*: Plan, create, and schedule content to keep all social media platforms active and engaging
4. *Content Creation*: Write captions, design creatives, and develop content calendars as per trends
5. *Brand Planning & Strategy*: Strategize new campaigns, follow market trends, and suggest fresh ideas for brand growth
6. *Analytics*: Track performance of posts and suggest improvements
*What We Are Looking For*
- *Creativity*: You think different. You can make boring topics interesting
- *Skills*: Basic video shooting, editing, Canva, and social media knowledge
- *Communication*: Good spoken and written English + Hindi/Gujarati
- *Mindset*: Self-starter, trend-aware, and loves learning
- *Freshers welcome* if you have a strong portfolio/reels
