About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as QA Trainees. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in Manual Testing and build a strong foundation in software quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and specifications
- Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
- Identify, report, and track bugs and defects
- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Collaborate with developers and team members to ensure quality deliverables
- Maintain proper documentation of testing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing / Manual Testing
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of SDLC/STLC is a plus
Eligibility:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Graduate in B.Tech / BCA / MCA or related field preferred
