Job Summary-
The Field Operations & Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operations of drone docking stations and associated infrastructure. The role requires field work, remote drone operations and close interaction with customers during deployment and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Deployment & Commissioning
- Conduct site surveys and site readiness assessments.
- Coordinate transportation and deployment of drone docking stations.
- Install and configure docking stations and associated equipment.
- Perform commissioning and functional testing activities.
- Support customer acceptance testing and handovers.
Flight Operations
- Plan and schedule drone missions.
- Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections.
- Perform remote and manual drone operations.
- Monitor mission progress and ensure operational safety.
- Manage flight logs and operational records.
- Execute emergency and fail-safe procedures when required.
Data Management & Analytics
- Collect, upload, organize, and maintain mission data.
- Process photogrammetry and mapping datasets.
- Generate orthomosaics, 3D models, and volumetric analyses with company's existing pipeline.
- Maintain operational dashboards and reporting systems.
- Verify data quality and accuracy.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and networking issues.
- Maintain system uptime and operational reliability.
- Manage spare parts and maintenance records.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Technical Support
- Support flight operations during deployments and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical training to customers when required.
- Maintain service documentation and maintenance reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related disciplines.
- 1–5 years of experience in field service, industrial equipment, automation, robotics, or drone systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
