Job Description – Client Relationship Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Mumbai
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive for the jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, visiting retailers and wholesalers in the market, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates who are comfortable with field visits and client interactions are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Field Visits
- Visit jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and business partners regularly for relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product information and support.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and order coordination.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits and references.
- Promote company products, schemes, and new collections to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Ability to travel for market and client visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Customer-oriented approach with professional behavior.
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- Experience in jewellery industry or field sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Language Preference
- English, Hindi, and Marathi & other Regional language speaking preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
