Role Summary
The Catalogue Executive will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing product listings across various e-commerce marketplaces and company websites. The role involves ensuring product information, images, specifications, pricing, and inventory details are accurate while maintaining catalogue quality and improving customer experience.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Create and upload product listings on marketplaces and websites.
- Update product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Ensure catalogue accuracy and maintain data quality.
- Coordinate with photography, content, and design teams for product uploads.
- Manage SKU creation and product categorization.
- Monitor listing errors and resolve catalogue-related issues.
- Maintain inventory synchronization across platforms.
- Generate catalogue performance and upload reports.
- Ensure timely launch of new products.
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Number of product listings uploaded.
- Catalogue accuracy percentage.
- Listing error resolution time.
- Timely completion of catalogue updates.
- SKU management accuracy.
- Marketplace compliance score.
- Productivity and reporting accuracy.
