About the Role
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Outbound Telecaller who can handle high-volume calling, lead conversion, and client communication professionally.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, experience in telecalling or telesales, and the ability to convert leads into sales through outbound calls and social media engagement.
This is primarily a Work From Home role, but the candidate should be comfortable attending meetings or traveling when required.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Sales
- Make outbound calls to potential clients daily
- Explain company products/services professionally
- Generate interest and convert leads into customers
- Handle follow-ups and maintain regular communication
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper call records and CRM updates
Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Generate and manage leads from social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and WhatsApp
- Engage with prospects through messages and calls
- Qualify interested leads and schedule meetings/calls
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
Client Communication & Presentation
- Conduct professional telephonic conversations with clients
- Handle objections confidently and close deals
- Attend Zoom/Google Meet sessions if required
- Build strong relationships with clients
Team Coordination
- Share feedback and improve calling scripts/processes
- Support team members whenever required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or outbound calling
- Experience in finance, investment, insurance, stock market, or trading industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Good phone etiquette and client handling ability
- Comfortable with Work From Home setup
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and social media platforms
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
- Must be based in Delhi/NCR
