Running A2 Digital — our digital marketing company — we hired hundreds of candidates. Great degrees. Impressive resumes. But when it came to actual work, most simply weren't ready. And the businesses we worked with weren't struggling because of bad budgets or weak strategies. They were struggling because they couldn't find the right people.
- Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions
- Collaborate with academic leaders to introduce TEONOX programs within campuses
- Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and on-campus presentations to generate student interest
- Drive student enrollments through on-ground engagement and relationship building.
- Lead BTL activities such as roadshows, activations, and local outreach campaigns
- Represent TEONOX at education expos, events, and career fairs
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand institutional network
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academic, operations) for seamless execution of campaigns and events
- Track leads generated through activities and ensure conversion into admissions
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including college management, placement cells, and student communities
- Conduct workshops, seminars, roadshows, and BTL activities to generate awareness and drive enrollments
Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or education partnerships
- Proven experience in college tie-ups, field sales, or BTL activations
- Strong network within colleges, universities, or education ecosystem is a big advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel extensively for meetings, events, and activations
- Ability to independently plan and execute on-ground initiatives
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
