About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in domestic recruitment, possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and be passionate about identifying and hiring quality talent across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on various platforms.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain recruitment reports and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment (Consultancy experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Malayalam will be an added advantage).
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience using job portals such as Shine, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
