- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of support processes.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to enhance their technical capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in monitoring and managing IT operations to ensure high availability and performance of business-critical applications.
