- Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand needs, recommend products, and actively upsell/cross-sell to maximize revenue.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set by management.
- Store Operations: Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and visually appealing.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and pricing to provide accurate information.
- Customer Resolution: Resolve complaints, handle returns, and build positive customer relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
Experience : 1-2 year must have experience on retail(Apparel) sectore.
Language: Hindi & Odia must.
