Position : Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on leads provided by the company
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare quotations and close sales deals
- Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to follow up with clients regularly
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM is a plus)
