· Lead the development of prototyping for new designs.
.Drafting Experience in Threephase & single phase induction motor industry is must.
· Proto type building & proving concept design with tight timing constraints.
· Costing of motor & generating VA & VE ideas
· Preparation of DFMEA & review of PFMEA with manufacturing processes.
· Knowledge of basic design parameters of electric motors, raw material, practical production problems, and different application requirements of Induction, BLDC & PMSM motors, quality and process.
· Benchmarking and generation of ideas for better performance, quality, cost, weight.
· Strong knowledge of electrical design of motors & good understanding of construction / manufacturing methods of electric machines.
