Housekeeping Associate Needs to maintain hotel cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction by managing room upkeep, replenishing amenities, and responding to guest requests. They serve as key contributors to the hotel's operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Room Maintenance: Change soiled linens, make beds, and sanitize bathrooms according to management standards.
- Stocking & Supplies: Replenish guest amenities, restock trolleys, and maintain organized storage rooms.
- Quality Control: Inspect rooms for safety hazards, functional equipment, and damaged linens, reporting issues to the maintenance team.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest requests and provide information about hotel facilities or local attractions.
- Protocol Adherence: Strictly follow Lost and Found procedures and ensure absolute respect for guests' privacy and property.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management is preferred/ Relevant Experience in same field.
- Experience: Typically entry-level (0-2 years), but relevant housekeeping.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical activities like standing, bending, and lifting during shifts.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,139.27 per month
