Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Traffic Manager / In-charge at Guardians Xpress. The Traffic Manager / In-charge will be responsible for day-to-day logistics management, coordination of transportation services, and overseeing the movement of goods. Hiring all type of vehicles from Open Market / Brokers and placing the vehicles at client places , Placement of vehicles from Bengaluru to Overall Pan India.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange market vehicles for as per client requirement to across Pan-India.
- Develop a strong transporter/vendor network for cost-effective vehicle procurement.
- Ensure timely placement and movement of vehicles as per requirement.
- Maintain a database of reliable transporters and suppliers.
- Resolve operational issues related to transportation delays, route planning, and vehicle availability.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Monitor freight market trends and optimize transportation costs.
- Expertise in route planning, cost control, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety guidelines.
- Address escalations related to vehicle shortages, transit delays, or operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Min 3 to 8 years exp into Traffic (Vehicles Placement from Open Market to Overall India)
- Experience in handling road transport operations.
- Good knowledge of vehicle types, freight rates, and route planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and transport management software.
- Proven experience in large-scale vehicle placement for Pan-India transportation.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jigani, Bengaluru, Karnataka
