We are a leading manufacturing firm specializing in high-quality electronics, aerospace, and defense products. We're looking for a high-caliber, proactive, sharp Management Executive to join our team.
In this critical role, you will serve as the right hand to our executive leadership, bridging the gap between daily operations and strategic oversight. You will take full ownership of project scheduling, tracking departmental milestones, managing logistics, and providing direct, high-level intelligence and update to the Managing Director (MD) for a clear overall picture. This role is a great fit for a highly organized professional who wants to take charge of operational workflows, so executive leadership can focus on core strategic expansion.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Operational Oversight & Project Tracking
- Monitor project lifecycles, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, production, and assembly lines.
- Interface directly with Heads of Department (HODs) to drive accountability and ensure internal action items are completed on schedule.
- Maintain a centralized master schedule for ongoing projects and flag potential operational bottlenecks or delays early.
2. Logistics Administration
- Oversee critical inbound and outbound logistics, and ensure the travel for visitors who will be meeting the MD goes smoothly
3. Executive Liaison & Strategic Reporting
- Act as a direct point of contact and liaison between the operations team and the Managing Director (MD).
- Synthesize raw operational data and departmental progress into clear, concise, and professional briefs for the MD.
- Manage critical executive scheduling, coordinate high-level project review meetings, and track actionable outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Management Executive, Operations Coordinator preferably within an Electronics Manufacturing industry background
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in standard productivity suites (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace) for reporting and data organization. Quick adaptability to internal ERP systems.
- Core Competencies:
- Excellent professional communication skills, with the ability to confidently interface with HODs and Executive Directors.
- Strong command over numbers, logistics tracking, and time management.
- Highly proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and detail orientation.
