Job Title: Online Sales Executive
Location: Madurai
Total Salary: Rs. 12,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries received through Instagram and WhatsApp.
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and sales skills.
Follow up with potential customers who have not placed their orders.
Guide customers in choosing the right products.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Confident in speaking with customers and handling sales conversations.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and smartphones.
Sales or customer handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
