VenturEdu is a new-age venture school that provides student entrepreneurs with structured access to strategy experts, Series A+ founders, 100+ venture capitalists, in-house capital, and campus-based support across technology, legal, creative, and growth functions. Role Summary
The Program Coordinator will support the effective planning and delivery of the programs. Working closely with the leadership team, mentor’s, cohorts, and internal teams. The coordinator will manage day to day program operations and help deliver a seamless, high quality participant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and execute the day to day operating plan to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the programs.
- Coordinate the academic calendar, classes, Mentor's sessions, assessments, workshops, and program events.
- Serve as the primary contact for participants, communicating schedules, deadlines, policies, and important updates.
- Collaborate with Mentor's and internal teams to arrange learning materials, technology, venues, travel, and other program requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, assessments, participant information, and program activities.
- Monitor program milestones, participant engagement, and operational risks, escalating concerns to the leadership team
- Collect cohort and mentor's feedback, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to program delivery and participant experience.
Background
- 2-5 years of experience in higher education, executive education, or professional learning is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning management, student information, CRM, survey, or project management systems is advantageous.
- Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet firm deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
