The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, booking, and executing domestic and international tour packages while ensuring high-quality customer service and smooth tour operations. The candidate should possess strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
Mandatory Educational Qualification
The candidate must possess any one of the following qualifications:
· Diploma in Tourism / Travel & Tourism Management from an AICTE-approved institute, OR
· Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism / Travel & Tourism Management from a UGC-recognized University, OR
· Master’s Degree in Tourism / Travel & Tourism Management from a UGC-recognized University.
Note: Candidates who do not possess the above mandatory educational qualifications shall not be considered for this position.
Experience - Candidates with 5–7 years of experience in tour operations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, design, and execute domestic and international tour packages.
· Prepare tour itineraries, quotations, and cost sheets.
· Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, guides, and other vendors.
· Handle FIT, GIT, MICE, pilgrimage, leisure, and special interest tours.
· Manage hotel reservations, transportation, sightseeing, meals, and other travel arrangements.
· Issue vouchers, confirmations, and travel documents.
· Liaise with suppliers to negotiate competitive rates.
· Monitor tour operations to ensure seamless execution.
· Resolve customer queries, complaints, and operational issues promptly.
· Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client documentation.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tourism regulations.
· Coordinate with the sales team for package customization and customer requirements.
· Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and service providers.
· Assist in developing new tour products and promotional packages.
· Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
