Role Overview
The Visual Communication Design Faculty will teach and mentor students in branding, typography, publication design, advertising, digital communication, storytelling, and visual systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Typography, Branding & Identity Design, Graphic Design, Publication Design, Packaging Design, and Motion Graphics.
- Conduct studio sessions, workshops, and portfolio reviews.
- Guide students in conceptual development and execution.
- Train students in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Support student participation in competitions, exhibitions, and industry projects.
- Develop curriculum aligned with evolving communication design practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Communication Design / Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Applied Arts or related discipline.
- Strong portfolio showcasing professional and academic work.
Preferred Skills
- Strong typography and branding expertise.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and digital communication systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools for visual ideation and content generation.
- Excellent academic communication and mentoring skills.
Experience
4-10 years of industry and/or academic experience preferred.
