Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and maximize profit.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records and track all sales activities in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant customer-facing/commercial role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
