Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized person for data entry, filing, document preparation and supplier coordination
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, emails and documentation.
- Data Management: Match and maintain company Purchase Order and Sales bills accurately.
- Communication & Coordination: Assist in internal and external communication across departments and suppliers.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other office tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
