Qualification:
B.Sc Biochemistry / DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology)
Experience:
1–3 years experience in hospital or diagnostic laboratory preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood, urine and other samples following standard procedures.
- Perform routine laboratory tests such as biochemistry, hematology, and microbiology.
- Prepare samples and operate laboratory equipment safely and accurately.
- Maintain proper records of test results in registers or computer system.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage and disposal of samples.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of laboratory area.
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments regularly.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding test requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting of test results.

- Ability to handle lab equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols
- Basic computer knowledge
