Roles and Responsibilities
1. Operate paneer and ghee production lines, ensuring efficient processing and quality control.
2. Monitor productivity levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
3. Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantity produced, quality standards, and equipment maintenance schedules.
4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 3-5 years of experience in technical operations, preferably in the dairy industry.
2. ITI certification in any specialization; knowledge of updated dairy trends will be an added advantage.
3. Strong understanding of paneer and ghee manufacturing processes; ability to troubleshoot minor problems independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
