Maxgrow Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and confident Sales Calling & Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Position
Sales Calling + Customer Care + Customer Feedback Executive
Responsibilities
Sales Calling
- Call existing and potential customers
- Explain company products and offers
- Generate sales enquiries and follow up with customers
- Maintain regular follow-up with dealers/customers
- Convert enquiries into orders
Customer Care
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Provide product-related information
- Coordinate with sales/dealer teams for customer requirements
- Resolve basic customer complaints and coordinate for solutions
Customer Feedback
- Regularly collect customer feedback
- Follow up after sales
- Record customer responses and requirements
- Identify customer satisfaction issues
- Maintain good long-term customer relationships
Reporting & Follow-up
- Maintain daily calling records
- Maintain customer/lead database
- Prepare daily/weekly calling and follow-up reports
- Track pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-up
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Confident speaking ability
- Hindi & Punjabi preferred
- Basic English communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer care or CRM will be an advantage
Salary
Salary will depend on experience and communication/sales skills.
