We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and industry-experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering students and professionals with practical, career-ready skills. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise across modern marketing channels, a charismatic presentation style, and a genuine interest in mentoring learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct highly engaging online, offline, or hybrid training sessions, masterclasses, and interactive live workshops.
- Practical Mentorship: Guide learners through hands-on campaign executions, live industrial projects, and practical assignments.
- Curriculum Management: Help update and refine the course modules regularly to stay ahead of evolving industry algorithms and AI marketing trends.
- Student Support: Address individual doubts, evaluate practical assessments, and provide constructive feedback on technical skills.
- Career Readiness: Support learners with portfolio development, resume building, and industry-aligned mock interviews.
Required Technical Expertise
Candidates must possess solid, hands-on operational experience in the following domains:
- Search Marketing: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SEM, and Google Ads.
- Social Media: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube Marketing.
- Performance Marketing: Lead generation, display networks, and affiliate marketing.
- Web Design & Optimization: Website planning and hands-on site building using WordPress.
- UI Graphics Tools: Canva, Photshop, Figma etc.
- Analytics & Tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and tracking setups.
- AI & Automation: Integrating modern AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude) into marketing workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2-3 years of active digital marketing industry experience, with at least 1 years in a professional training or teaching role.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking, communication, and presentation capabilities in [English / Hindi / Marathi].
- Education: Graduation in any discipline; a specialized certification in Digital Marketing is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Active industry certifications (such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot) will be considered an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
