About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) Senior Support Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP EWM, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality warehouse management solutions. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SAP EWM, providing production support, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP S/4HANA modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP EWM to meet business process requirements.
- Participate in at least two full end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects.
- Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Conduct End-to-End (E2E) testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support.
- Prepare functional specifications, user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
- Deliver user training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to business users.
- Work closely with technical teams on Interfaces, Forms, Reports, and Enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and other SAP S/4HANA modules, including:
- Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Materials Management (MM)
- Production Planning (PP)
- Handle production support activities, analyze incidents, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Manage and track support tickets using ticketing tools while ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP EWM functional consulting/support.
- Experience in at least two full end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management business processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and production support.
- Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, user training, and documentation.
- Working knowledge of:
- Interfaces
- Forms
- Reports
- Enhancements
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration with SD, MM, and PP modules.
- Experience working with support ticketing tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP EWM Certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in support and implementation environments.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA (Maximum Budget)
- Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
