We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to identify business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present and explain company products/services to potential customers.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhubaneswar, Orissa
