Key Responsibilities
Sales and Target Achievement
- Generate leads, follow up, and close deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Convert cold leads into active clients
Client Handling and Conversion
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations
- Handle objections effectively and close deals
- Maintain relationships for repeat business
Field Work and Market Development
- Attend client meetings and perform field sales activities
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Reporting and Follow-ups
- Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, and closures
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects
- Update CRM and manage the sales pipeline
Requirements
