About the Role
We’re looking for a Packaging Designer to own end-to-end product packaging for new launches. You’ll turn brand concepts into shelf-ready designs and work directly with the founder + product team. This is a core brand role, not a social media graphics job.
Key Responsibilities
- Design 70%: Create primary & secondary packaging, labels, boxes, and tubes from concept to print-ready files
- Develop dielines and coordinate with printers for color proofs, finishes, and production
- Extend brand identity to catalogues, brochures, and retail displays that match packaging design language
- Maintain brand consistency across all new products and SKUs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on briefs, timelines, and feedback rounds
- Research trends in cosmetics/FMCG packaging to keep designs competitive on shelf
Must Have Requirements
- 1+ years professional experience in packaging design for products
- Portfolio with 2–3 packaging projects showing dielines + final mockups.
- Expert level Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout for retail shelf impact
- Based in Delhi NCR and able to work from our North Delhi office
- Knowledge of 3D mockup tools like Adobe Dimension or Blender
