Key Responsibilities-
Oversee end-to-end plant operations including Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Technical Services.
Drive process optimization and production efficiency initiatives.
Monitor and manage daily plant activities to achieve production, quality and safety targets.
Lead and supervise shift supervisors and production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Implement continuous improvement practices for productivity enhancement and cost control.
Manage manpower planning, training, and team performance.
Ensure timely resolution of production and technical issues.
Desired Candidate Profile-
Degree in Chemical Engineering / Plastics Technology.
5–10 years of experience in plastics processing, preferably in Compounding & Masterbatches manufacturing.
Strong understanding of production engineering, process optimization, and plant operations.
Experience in handling production planning, quality systems, maintenance and coordination.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
