Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Operations

Job Profile
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems.
- Examine and maintain mechanical systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Interpret mechanical drawings, technical diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
- Address customer complaints and service requests related to mechanical operations.
- Test newly installed mechanical equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians and fitters in day-to-day maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and operational standards while performing maintenance activities.
- Review and order required mechanical spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams during equipment upgrades and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and breakdown reports.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance activities for management review.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of mechanical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure smooth functioning and operational efficiency of all mechanical systems.
- Candidate must be physically fit and capable of handling maintenance activities comfortably.
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma or ITI/NCVT in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance Operations or similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide effective maintenance and operational support.
- Strong understanding of mechanical equipment, tools, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Willingness to travel to different locations if required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and hours.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive individual.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
