Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our team. As an SEO Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of search engine optimization while contributing to our digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for targeted keywords and improved search engine visibility.
- Support the creation and implementation of SEO-friendly content strategies, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our SEO efforts.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and provide regular insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to continually improve our strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, etc.).
- Strong interest in digital marketing, specifically search engine optimization.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
