About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Photographer, Videographer, and Editor to lead the end-to-end visual content creation process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content that enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports marketing and business objectives.
This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, photography, cinematography, post-production workflows, social media content trends, and brand communication. The candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from concept to final delivery while collaborating closely with marketing, design, sales, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Photography Commercial & Brand Photography
- Capture high-quality images for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, catalogs, and print materials.
- Conduct product photography for e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and promotional campaigns.
- Photograph company events, corporate functions, customer interactions, workshops, conferences, and internal activities.
- Create lifestyle and brand-focused imagery aligned with marketing objectives.
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand assets.
Planning & Execution
- Plan and organize photoshoots including location scouting, equipment preparation, shot planning, and scheduling.
- Develop creative concepts and mood boards for photography projects.
- Coordinate with models, influencers, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders during shoots.
- Set up and manage lighting equipment, reflectors, backgrounds, and accessories.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, exposure, and color balance.
Asset Management
- Organize and maintain digital photo libraries.
- Archive and catalog images for easy retrieval.
- Manage backups and storage of all photography assets.
2. VideographyPre-Production
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audiences.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, shot lists, storyboards, and production plans.
- Research industry trends and competitor content to generate innovative ideas.
- Plan production schedules and logistics.
Production
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, stabilizers, gimbals, drones, and audio equipment.
- Shoot promotional videos, advertisements, social media reels, interviews, testimonials, product videos, event coverage, and corporate films.
- Capture high-quality footage using proper lighting, composition, and camera movement techniques.
- Record clear audio using microphones and sound recording equipment.
- Direct on-camera talent and provide guidance during filming.
- Ensure all footage meets technical and creative standards.
Specialized Content Creation
- Produce short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create long-form content including documentaries, interviews, podcasts, webinars, and corporate presentations.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and brand storytelling material.
- Conduct drone videography where required and legally permitted.
3. Video Editing & Post-ProductionEditing
- Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos.
- Create multiple content versions optimized for different platforms and audience segments.
- Maintain consistency in storytelling, pacing, visual style, and branding.
Post-Production
- Perform color correction and color grading.
- Enhance audio quality and synchronize audio with video.
- Add subtitles, captions, transitions, visual effects, animations, and motion graphics.
- Incorporate brand elements including logos, typography, and design guidelines.
- Create engaging thumbnails and promotional assets.
Motion Graphics
- Design and animate text overlays, title sequences, lower thirds, and explainer graphics.
- Develop animated content for marketing campaigns and social media.
- Support branding initiatives through creative visual enhancements.
4. Social Media Content Development
- Create platform-specific content strategies and creative formats.
- Produce content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Understand platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content trends.
- Recommend innovative content ideas to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to align content with campaign goals.
5. Creative Strategy & Brand Storytelling
- Translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone, identity, and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends, content formats, editing techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously improve creative processes and production quality.
6. Equipment & Studio Management
- Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting systems, audio equipment, drones, and accessories.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Recommend upgrades and new tools to improve content quality.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of production equipment.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Photography, Videography, Film Production, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in photography, cinematography, editing, or motion graphics are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–6 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
- Demonstrated experience producing commercial, corporate, social media, or marketing content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and editing capabilities.
