Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to improve organic search visibility, increase website traffic, and drive lead generation through effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and website performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Perform technical SEO audits, including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site speed optimization.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Execute link-building and off-page SEO campaigns to improve domain authority.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and related platforms.
- Understanding of website architecture, indexing, crawlability, and structured data.
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Local SEO and E-commerce SEO.
- Knowledge of Shopify, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Experience managing SEO campaigns for multiple websites or clients.
