Infyle Technologies is a growing technology company specializing in Mobile App Development, Web Development, UI/UX Design, AI Solutions, and White-Label Development Services. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Help with HR administrative tasks and daily operations.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
