We are looking for a skilled Mould Room Engineer responsible for manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining molds, dies, jigs, and tools. The candidate will ensure high-quality production standards and minimize downtime.
- Assemble, fit, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and gauges.
- Interpret engineering drawings to plan tool design.
- Operate hand tools and machinery like lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
- Conduct trial runs and adjust tools to meet specifications.
- Inspect finished tools for defects and accuracy.
- Verify dimensions using measuring instruments.
- Handle heat treatment processes.
- Work with CAD/CAM software.
- Attend machine breakdowns and resolve issues.
- Maintain reports and documentation.
