Role: Founders Office Trainee

Act as the founder's right hand: calendar hygiene, meeting prep, crisp notes, and bulletproof follow-ups.

Drive recruiting ops: CV screening, interview coordination, first-round assessments, and candidate experience.

Run short strategic projects: market scans, competitor audits, pricing/GTM hypotheses, vendor research.

Build and maintain weekly dashboards (Sheets/Excel): leads, proposals, pipeline, campaign status, and key ops metrics.

Prepare client & internal review packs: research, slides, data pulls, and synthesis for decision meetings.

Cross-functional coordination across growth, content, performance, design, and web to unblock work.

Own ad-hoc problem solving with high ownership and confidentiality.

MBA (mandatory) with a clear interest in startups / operator roles.

0-2 years experience (internships or work) in fast-paced environments.

Excellent written & verbal communication; strong email and calendar discipline.

Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills; comfort with data summaries and simple dashboards.

Bias for action, reliability, and discretion with sensitive information.

Exposure to marketing agencies, performance marketing, or web projects.
