- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue growth.
- Handle high-value clients and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Manage and mentor junior sales executives or team members.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Resolve client issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Achieve individual as well as team sales targets.
