Work experience & Qualification required:-
- 1 years as in Telesales of Pharmaceuticals products OR as MR or FRESHER's with Fluency in English speaking.
- MBA - Marketing Only.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Pleasant Personality & Voice with Confidence.
Key Responsibilities:-
- To make communication with our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise)
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.
Salary:- Rs.20,000-30,000/- + incentives (negotiable).
- NO VIRTUAL ROUND WILL HELD Interview will held in FACE TO FACE MODE ONLY in Lucknow head office.
