We are hiring a Finishing Architect for residential/commercial projects.
Requirements:
Experience in architectural finishing & interior detailing
Knowledge of site execution, materials, and finishing work
Ability to coordinate with contractors and vendors
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office preferred
Strong communication and site management skills
Responsibilities:
Supervise finishing and interior works on site
Ensure quality and timely execution
Prepare detailed drawings and material specifications
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors
