Job Title: E-Commerce Marketplace Executive (Amazon, Flipkart & GeM)Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage our seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and GeM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, managing orders, coordinating inventory, and ensuring smooth account performance to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and GeM.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid stockouts or overselling.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining high seller ratings.
- Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, discounts, and advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Analyze sales performance, pricing, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage GeM bids, tenders, product catalog updates, and order execution.
- Resolve listing errors, account issues, and marketplace support tickets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3+ years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or GeM seller accounts.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and seller dashboards.
- Experience with product listing optimization and catalog management.
- Knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and promotional tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SEO for marketplace product listings.
- Experience in pricing strategy and sales analysis.
- Familiarity with GeM procurement processes and bid management.
