We are looking for a creative and experienced Healthy Pastry Chef to lead the development and production of innovative, better-for-you desserts and baked goods. Focus on nutrition, quality ingredients, and modern dietary preferences- expand our healthy dessert portfolio while maintaining exceptional taste, presentation, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine healthy dessert recipes, including cakes, pastries, cookies, bars, puddings, frozen desserts, and other specialty products.
- Create products that align with various dietary preferences and requirements, such as:
- Low-sugar or no-added-sugar
- High-protein
- Gluten-free
- Dairy-free
- Vegan
- Keto or low-carb (where applicable)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Pastry Sous Chef, or Product Development Chef.
- Demonstrated expertise in healthy dessert development and alternative baking methods.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Alternative flours and ingredients
- Natural sweeteners and sugar substitutes
- Plant-based baking
- Functional and high-protein ingredients
- Allergen-conscious recipe development
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
