Role Summary:
Act as a bridge between digital HR products and client Workday environments, ensuring seamless integration of skills, assessments, and pay data solutions into Workday. The role combines Workday functional expertise, integration understanding, and client-facing delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead implementation of applications within Workday (Profile Manager, Assess, Pay).
· Act as a Workday SME, answering client queries in real-time using Workday terminology (business processes, job profiles, security, etc.).
· Design how solutions fit into Workday modules like Recruiting, Talent, and Compensation.
· Support API-based integrations, ensuring accurate data flow, mapping, and near real-time synchronization.
· Conduct client workshops and design discussions to align solutions with Workday configuration.
· Manage and collaborate with stakeholders (HR, HR Tech, System Integrators, Product teams).
· Resolve business vs. IT conflicts by aligning solutions with Workday best practices.
· Drive post-sale delivery, including implementation, go-live, and adoption support.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Strong experience in Workday HCM (especially Job Profiles, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation).
· Understanding of Workday business processes, security, and configuration.
· Experience with integrations (APIs, data mapping, system flows).
· Familiarity with skills frameworks, Workday Skills/Skill Cloud, and AI-driven skills concepts.
· Proven ability to manage stakeholders and handle conflicts across business and technical teams.
· Strong communication skills to translate between HR, technical, and product perspectives.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
