We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to drive sales of our Hospital Management Software (HMS) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations.
Candidates with prior experience in healthcare software, hospital operations, medical billing, or healthcare industry sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, email campaigns, and networking.
- Meet hospital administrators, doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate HMS software features and benefits.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Hospital Management Systems (HMS), EMR, EHR, or healthcare workflows.
- Lead generation and client relationship management.
- B2B software sales experience
