About the Job
Growsome is a digital marketing agency. We help businesses get more customers through Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other online marketing services.
We are looking for Sales Executives who can talk to business owners on the phone and tell them about our services.
Freshers are welcome. Training and calling script will be provided.
Your Work
- Call businesses using the company-provided list.
- Talk to business owners and introduce our services.
- Ask them if they are interested in getting more customers through Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- Explain our basic service.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Send basic information on WhatsApp.
- Fix a call/meeting with interested customers.
- Maintain a simple daily calling report.
Don't Worry If You Don't Know Digital Marketing
You do not need to know Facebook Ads, Google Ads or digital marketing.
We will provide:
- Calling script
- Product/service training
- Basic sales training
- Objection-handling training
- Business leads/contact list
- Regular support
You just need to talk confidently and be willing to learn.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or above
- Good Hindi communication
- Basic English is preferred
- Confident speaking skills
- Smartphone
- Laptop/computer
- Good internet connection
- Willingness to make calls every day
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage but not compulsory.
Salary & Incentives
₹12,000 fixed salary per month + incentive
Good performers can get higher incentives and growth opportunities.
