Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Power BI Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst with minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Excel, DAX, Data Modelling, and Power Automate.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, KPI reports, and business insights across functions such as Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Insurance, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build and manage KPI dashboards to track business performance
- Develop and optimize data models in Power BI
- Create and enhance DAX measures and calculated columns
- Convert raw data into meaningful insights and visual reports
- Perform financial modelling and reporting in Excel, including: Actuals reporting , Forecasting, Variance analysis, Financial performance reporting.
- Automate reporting workflows using Power Automate
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data and reports

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Power BI / Data Analytics / BI
