We are seeking a professional and patient-focused VIP Patient Coordinator to manage and coordinate personalized healthcare services for VIP patients within the hospital. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to ensure a seamless and high-quality patient experience.
- Coordinate VIP patient appointments, admissions, consultations, and discharge processes
- Provide personalized assistance and support to VIP patients and their attendants
- Ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and hospital departments
- Handle special requests and prioritize patient comfort and satisfaction
- Monitor patient experiences and address concerns or escalations promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate patient records
- Coordinate diagnostic tests, billing support, and follow-up appointments
- Assist in managing guest relations and hospitality services within the hospital
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and service standards
- Support hospital management in enhancing patient satisfaction initiatives
- Any Graduate; Hospital Administration or Hospitality qualification preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in patient coordination, guest relations, or hospital front office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle patients professionally and empathetically
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
- Knowledge of hospital operations and patient service standards is an added advantage
