Job Description
DMC Finishing School Pvt. Ltd. is looking for NAPS / NATS Trainees / Apprentices for various departments across Pune. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience are preferred. This is an opportunity to gain practical industry exposure and develop job-ready skills.
Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma / 12th / Graduate candidates, depending on the role and apprenticeship requirement.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
- For NATS, Diploma and eligible Graduate candidates can apply for relevant apprenticeship opportunities.
- For NAPS, ITI/trade and other eligible candidates can be engaged based on the designated trade and establishment requirements.
- Candidates should have the required educational documents and apprenticeship portal registration.
- Candidates with relevant previous apprenticeship/training experience may be subject to applicable apprenticeship rules and eligibility conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on assigned production, technical, or operational activities.
- Assist senior team members in daily operations.
- Follow company safety, quality, SOP, and discipline standards.
- Maintain required production and quality records.
- Participate in practical and on-the-job training.
- Follow workplace instructions and operational procedures.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
