Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Dispatch Coordinator (CRM) to coordinate customer orders, manage dispatch activities, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely delivery of materials. The candidate will work closely with the sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to provide excellent customer service and smooth order execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team for order confirmation and execution.
- Follow up on pending orders and update customers on delivery status.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order history in the CRM.
Dispatch Coordination
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Arrange transport and courier services for deliveries.
- Ensure dispatch documents are complete, including invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and LR copies.
- Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers.
CRM & Customer Support
- Maintain customer communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer queries related to order status and dispatch.
- Record customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Ensure all customer interactions are updated in the CRM.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain dispatch records, PODs, and delivery acknowledgements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
- Monitor pending dispatches and back orders.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for billing-related queries.
Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounts departments.
- Support inventory planning by sharing dispatch requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of customer commitments.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Graduation
- Experience in industrial products, fasteners, hardware, or building materials will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,071.01 - ₹15,000.00 per month
